In partnership with Dubai’s Department of Economy and Tourism, VW Events launched the Dubai Wedding Symposium; an invite-only, high-impact forum that brought together the top 100 global wedding planners. The event took place in 2024 & 2025 which included keynote sessions, panel discussions, B2B meetings, networking evenings, and curated venue showcases across Dubai’s most luxurious properties.

 

Serving as a platform for learning and destination marketing, the Symposium offered Dubai Tourism the opportunity to reinforce the city’s positioning as a leading wedding capital. VW Events conceptualized the format, curated the speaker lineup, handled planner engagement, and produced the entire experience from start to finish.
