This immersive experience showcased Abu Dhabi’s blend of opulence, culture, and world-class hospitality. The program included curated site inspections of luxury hotels, exclusive gala dinners, cultural immersions, and interactive sessions with local vendors.

We strategically selected attendees to align with the destination’s positioning, ensuring that planners left with a deep understanding of how Abu Dhabi could serve as the canvas for luxurious multi-day Indian and Arab weddings. Post-trip analytics showed a tangible spike in inquiries and confirmed bookings into the destination; an outcome of targeted exposure and seamless execution. The success of this initiative established Abu Dhabi as a competitive and aspirational destination in the wedding planning community across the Gulf.
